Black Ceilings Workhops
This interactive workshop assists young African American career professionals and college students in identifying and overcoming career barriers, understanding their own strengths, and establishing a personal board of directors. Participants will learn how to identify career obstacles and develop strategies to overcome them, become aware of their own strengths and use them to propel their career, understand the difference between coaching, mentorings, and sponsoring, and create a personal board of directors to provide guidance, mentorship, and support. Through interactive activities and exercises, participants will gain the skills necessary to achieve success in their chosen career path.

5. Examine the challenges of implementing diversity and equity initiatives in organizations.
